Tuesday and Wednesday

I wore my new boots at work for the first time and what a difference it made to my leg.
I did some pushups at home and sit ups at home. 100 of each.
Then kettle bells and off to the pool for a 30 min run. 10 min warm up and cooldown with ‘junior course’ style 20 minute hard tempo run.
Then I was able to do some shallow end drills and calf raises 1 x 50 per leg. 5 minutes of whirlpool. Today I feel for the first time, light at the end of the tunnel with my leg.

Wednesday 03/10

100 pushups 100 situps- otherwise, I let the leg rest today.
